DCS has joined our Saturday demo. They have a dual stacked burner on the gas cooktops so I imagine that they will be doing some delicate simmering. They also have convection ovens that are live so there may be some baking and roasting going on. Come by and see what DCS has to offer the gourmet chef in your household
