July 11th  Dacor will be showing off their professional range and demonstrating how easy it is to cook on high heat and simmer on their sealed burner system.  This range features a convection oven and our demonstrator will be cooking on multiple racks showing how even its convection cooking system is.  Electrolux Icon will be here demonstrating today.  This is a first here so we are waiting for information on what they are cooking and on what products.  Our live display has the Induction cooktop which is faster than gas and cools very quickly and the speed oven.

July 18th DCS has joined our Saturday demo.  I will try to keep you posted as to what they will be using this day.  They have a dual stacked burner on the gas cooktops so I imagine that they will be doing some delicate simmering.  They also have convection ovens that are live so there may be some baking and roasting going on.  Come by and see what DCS has to offer the gourmet chef in your household

July 25th Lorraine from Viking will be here cooking on the sealed burner Viking cooktop demonstrating how it can be used to make meals using the 15,000 btu burners as well as simmer so gently that one can use the same burner for the most delicate simmering.  Please stop by and taste the excellent treats prepared especially for you.

August 8th  Fisher & Paykel will be cooking on their new cooktop and convection oven.  Please stop by with any questions about the performance of these ground breaking products have to offer today's home chef.

August 22nd  Jennair will be here cooking in their convection oven.  Jennair is the innovator in American made convection ovens, having had them on the market since the early 70's.  The chef will be preparing dishes showing the versatility of this gourmet product.  He or She will be ready to answer any questions about the operation and ease of use.  Sorry Kelly but Jennair was first.

August 29th   General Electric will be here demonstrating their Monogram Professional range as well as the speed cook Advantium oven.  The Advantium oven is the fastest of the speed cooking products on the market today.  It can cook a whole chicken in 20 minutes without any pre heating.  This is must for the cook with a busy lifestyle.  A great choice for a second oven.

Sometime this summer Frank Timlin will be using the Cookshack Smoker to make some mighty tasty ribs.  These beauties go fast so you gotta be here by 2:00 or you might miss them.  They should be done at 1:30.  Everyone who has tasted these go away with the knowledge that they have just had the best tasting smoked ribs ever.  Make sure you ask about the smokers too and how easy they are to use, no charcoal, water, little cleanup!!!!!!!!!!!!  Keep checking on his schedule.  These ribs are a treat.
