RETURN POLICYWe are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers so we`re here to help you get it right the first time. See below for more information.Defective Products. Most of our products include a one year, parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify product expert of the problem within 48 hours of receiving goods. If you notice the defect after 48 hours of receiving goods, please contact the product`s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. NOTE: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem.Damaged Products. All of our shipments are 100 percent insured. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries. Feel free to call us for a local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. Freight delivery policy varies. For more information you can call or email through the Contact Us page.New Products Still In The Factory Sealed Box. Most manufacturers accept returns on non special order products with a restocking fee which includes freight to pick up from our store. Those fees vary and there is a time limit window that the manufacturer deems acceptable. Please call your sales associate if you wish to return a new product that has not been installed and is still in an unopened factory sealed box. These restocking fees apply to products that have arrived at our business for you even if you have not taken possession.Special order merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged or defective.The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.Refunds will be handled according to our store's policies. SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICYPlease be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.Drop ship delivery is just that, the item is delivered to your paved driveway and left there for your installer to unbox and install inside your home. Products may not come with everything needed for installation. Speak with your salesperson for details.Installation prices are based upon what would be considered a common residence. Installation must have installation accessories purchased at the time the order is placed. Cords for Ranges and Dryers, gas lines for gas appliances, water line hook up kit for refrigerators, fill hoses for washers. There will be extra charges for other circumstances like stairs, elevators, mountain homes, extra heavy professional items, plumbing or cabinet modifications, unpaved surfaces like driveways, hillside properties, out of our normal delivery area, or other unforeseen obstacles. If your products need extra length hoses, ducting, cords, or other installation materials extra charges will be applied. Please discuss your property and your installation requirements with your sales associate when he contacts you about delivery and installation options.We use third party installation companies that install Professional appliances and built in appliances that need more than plug and play. We can have them give you an estimate or if you prefer, we can give you a guestimate based upon their price lists. Of course, if you job exceeds the scope of work expected there would be additional charges added so it is always best to get an estimate from the installer first.While we carefully vet our installers to ensure they meet quality standards and carry proper insurance, we cannot guarantee their work and are not responsible for any issues, damages, or mishaps that may occur during the installation process.Installation DisclaimerWe strive to ensure a positive experience by thoroughly vetting all installers for quality workmanship and proper insurance coverage. However, by engaging our recommended installers, you acknowledge and agree to the following:Independent ContractorsInstallers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of our company. We do not supervise or control their work.No GuaranteesWhile we perform due diligence in selecting installers, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any installation services. All work is performed at the discretion and responsibility of the installer.Limitation of LiabilityOur company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or other issues arising during or after the installation process. Any claims related to installation must be directed to the installer and/or their insurance provider.Insurance VerificationWe require installers to maintain appropriate insurance coverage; however, we do not assume responsibility for the adequacy or validity of such coverage.By proceeding with installation, you accept these terms and release our company from any liability related to installation activities.

SALES TAXAny and all sales or use tax will be Your responsibility. Sales tax calculations on the web site are an estimate only. Your true sales tax, 9.125% if applicable, will be calculated and presented to You at the time of product delivery.
